It is well-known that people who want to run a successful restaurant business need to maintain the utmost hygiene in their restaurant. Proper hygiene is an important factor when people consider what restaurant to eat at.
I own a bar and restaurant in Austin, Texas. My staff maintained proper hygiene in the restaurant but that was not enough. I knew we needed a commercial vacuum cleaner to do more internal and deep cleaning.
Hence, my quest for the best vacuum cleaner for restaurants began. After trying and testing multiple types of cleaners I stuck with a canister vacuum cleaner, an upright, and a backpack cleaner. I found all of them very efficient for my restaurant. In this article, I’ll share my findings!
Why Should You Use a Commercial Vacuum Cleaner for Your Restaurant?
You should use a commercial vacuum cleaner in your restaurant as there is a lot of work involved in cleaning a restaurant.
Ideally, you should use an upright, backpack, or canister vacuum cleaner to clean a restaurant. These vacuum cleaners have larger capacities and extended cord lengths. With these features, you can cover the full area of your restaurant well.
In my opinion, a backpack vacuum cleaner is ideal as you won’t have to move furniture, and you can easily carry the vacuum cleaner on your back. You’ll be able to cover more area and won’t have to worry about shifting heavy furniture.
However, selecting a vacuum cleaner can be a subjective matter. Hence, I have reviewed an upright and a canister vacuum for your convenience as well.
